495 Movers INC

We hired 495 Movers for a move from Silver Spring, Maryland to Atlanta, Georgia. Best moving company we've ever used. Friendly and helpful staff, efficient and careful packing, and only took a 1 business day for our things to arrive. I would recommended to anyone needing moving services.

I performed a move from my 2 bedroom apartment to my new townhouse and had to have a stop at my girlfriends place to pick up some additional things. The customer service was amazing and they worked with me and explained everything so well. I will for sure us them again and recommend them to others....

If I could give zero stars, I would. We had a terrible experience using these guys recently. They damaged a LOT of our very expensive furniture. they inadequately wrapped it for transport, manhandled it on both ends, none of the guys wore gloves so they could not properly grip our heave and expen...

Preface: We have to move quite often due to the nature of our work. I worked with this company, specifically , Ron, for a few months. Everything was communicated in a clear and concise manner. Day of delivery-March 2026: they used a 3rd party moving (broker) company to deliver my furniture. I specif...

This is my second time using 495 Movers, and I specifically requested the same team again—and they absolutely delivered. The consistency and professionalism are unmatched. I had the pleasure of working with Randolph and Selena, and together they made what could have been a stressful, multi-stop move...

I recently used 495 Movers services to move within Montgomery county in Maryland. 495 movers provided high quality service and outstanding customer service. On my first call to the company I spoke with Autum who was such a great representative of the company with her knowledge, professionalism and c...

Thinks my second time working with 495 movers and they did a great job again. Randolph and Alcides showed up early and finished on schedule, with no issues during the move. They were easy to work with and well prepared. Highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a fantastic experience with 495 Movers for our recent Maryland → Delaware move. They handled the majority of our packing, loaded everything efficiently, completed a 2-hour drive, and unloaded quickly without any issues. The main crew was fast, professional, and genuinely frien...

I had a great experience with this moving company. We moved from a one bedroom apartment in Gaithersburg to Potomac and the whole process was super easy! The crew was awesome, super friendly worked really hard and just got things done without any issues. We had a pretty tough set up with a long walk...

I had the best experience. What is very useful is the number of boxes you can get to pack with, are unlimited and they are included with the quote that they give you, everywhere else it is 10 dollars for each box snd 20 dollars for a pack of tape. But with 495 movers you get all that included with y...

Recently moved in March of 2026. My first time moving without my brothers and guy besties. Almost turned into an utter disaster. Who knew you could accumulate so much stuff?! When the guys arrived, they were like WHOA! And called the office. The office called and offered to send an additional guy to...

This team was courteous, fast and very easy to communicate with (office team included) This was the only moving company I could find willing to move us across state lines. We had a 6 hour drive from one home to the other. The crew put in probably an 18 hour day with us by the time we were finished....

We’ve used 495 Movers twice now—once for a local move in 2023 and again recently in 2024—and both experiences were great. The booking staff were easy to work with, very responsive, and did excellent follow-up. They were transparent about costs upfront (no surprises) and even provided packing materia...

Helpful from booking to move-in from DC to Nashville, TN. I unlike other movers yours are the only items on the truck and you can book for your preferred arrival date. I would use them again.

used their storage and got back broken and missing furniture and a broken big screen tv. Boxes had moisture at the bottom of them. Due to illness and multiple surgeries, I could not unpack straight after the move and am still finding issues with my things. The man in charge also had a terrible attitu...

495 movers were a fantastic choice for moving my business. We had decades worth of junk and 5 offices to move, and they were able to assist us in handling all of it. The movers showed up on time, walked me through all the protocols and got started with great efficiency. Even when running into extrem...

Move was not fine, the company lost my property for 10 days. Consistently lied, and after it was all said and done they said sorry, told me they would call me back by the end of the week and never reached out again. TLDRI was an out of state mover who couldn't be there to ensure my property was rece...

Moving is typically stressful, expensive, and not easy especially state to state moves. This was my third one and hands down my BEST one due to 495 Movers. The ENTIRE went smoothly from start to finish. Starting with Josh who was a pleasure to work with. He was straightforward with everything and tr...

Thank you Tom for calling me, being condescending and questioning my claims as to your sexist business practices. I have NEVER had someone neglect to apologize or own their business' mistake but to actually question me, especially on such a sensitive topic, speaks volumes about your morals. As a wom...

Let me start by saying the beginning of the process was great. Eugene communicated often and would respond promptly. I got a virtual quote and have had no issues with pricing. They gave me a deal on storage as I found someone else originally who would store it at a lower cost. I chose then based on...
