We just had the worst moving experience with Platinum Services! Three men arrived to load our belongings into storage cubes. They moped into our 3 bedroom townhouse (the lead mover wearing crocs!), moved incredibly slow - it took them 30 minutes just to get started and our stuff was already in boxes...

Very dishonest company! Delaying claims process by not returning emails or messages. Then denying the claim for untimely filing although they have been properly filed. Customer Service lacks of communication skills and support.
