I've used Premium Moving & Storage for my last 3 moves. They've always been on time, courteous, and extremely efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

I used this company since a couple of my friends used them before. I will never use again. Movers showed up FOUR and a half hours late, with no apology and saying it "wasn't their fault". Asking for a discounted rate, they replied they are the cheapest professional movers on the market. In what wor...

If I could give this zero stars, I would. Working with Premium Moving & Storage was one of the worst experiences I've ever had and its unfortunate that they are considered "professionals." I've never written a Yelp! review but wanted to share our awful experience so that young professionals who take...

Learned about them from an offer on livingsocial. I was trying to have a few things moved from a storage locker to my house. When I got them on the phone, they made it clear they only do full house-to-house moves. I asked whether I had the right company, since their website clearly says "We do big &...

They called me at 10am the morning of my move to tell me that their crew's first job on that day will take longer than they expected and tha...

I contacted Premium Movers & Storage to move me from an apartment to an apartment literally 3-5 minutes away (distance from each other). It took 3 men 4 HOURS to move my one bedroom apt- I had a total of 17 boxes and minimal large items. The time wasted came in from 2 of the guys not even being apar...

I should have paid attention to the first reviewer since I was very skeptical to use this moving company in the first place. This company called me today, 2 days before our move date (which was scheduled a month in advance) and told me that they couldn't move us on that date because their truck is...
