Quality Transfer & Storage Co INC

Couldn’t ask for a better experience! This is my second time using this company. They are very budget friendly and their services never disappoint. I would recommend them to friends and friends and will be using them again in the future!

great company , will only be using them from now on , me and my family definitely recommend !!

Move was Dec 12th. staff came in the arrival window. Estimate was accurate and no damage. highly recommend

They are very attention with details and is very cost affective. I highly recommend!!!

Responsive and conscientious of belongings. Trustworthy and dependable!

Was able to set up pick up time which was nice. However, their delivery availability is pretty limited.

Great job by the movers as well as very helpful service scheduling! Moved furniture between two houses, very quick and efficient, friendly and professional. Reasonable fee.

They did a good job getting my family moved

Had I initial consult. Awesome individual. Answered all my questions.

They packed up all of our house hold goods, not a single thing was broken. We had an awesome team moving it all.

The whole team was extremely professional and helpful. I had shipments coming from two locations to an out of state destination. Packing was done very well. Nothing was damaged. They arranged for a number of items to be moved and placed on consignment. They arrived exactly on time and worked all day...

***Beware*** - movers carelessly attempted to move my piano, lost control on the ramp causing it to fall onto its side, damaging the corner and completely snapping the medal pedal. Movers didn't wrap the piano when moving, just placed it on a dolly and attempted to move it down 4 stairs on a ramp. C...

Have used this company on two occasions. Both times the staff has been polite, kind and very courteous. On both occasions they arrived when they stated, got to work straight away and took great care of our possessions especially the packing. They arrived at the new destination and started unload...

While the staff is very nice and friendly, I wasn't all that thrilled with the service. I don't own much furniture and my belongings were barely enough to half-fill their truck. It was terribly expensive and I had to wait 4 days before my stuff was delivered from Maryland to Philadelphia, PA. On...

This is one of the most mismanaged companies I have ever dealt with. Dictated delivery time so that I had to miss work (apparently cannot deliver after 3 p.m.) and when I called at 2:10 p.m. on the scheduled day, the dispatcher was extremely rude to me. They originally dictated between 12 and 3, tol...

Moving can be stressful. Not just the costs, but you want to make sure the movers get there on time, take care of your stuff, etc. I can tell you I definitely recommend this company. I got quotes from about 5 movers, and Quality came in at the lowest (I won't say they were way cheaper than others...

I had a military move stored and delivered by Quality. The delivery was fine-it was separated on to separate trucks, but the unloading team managed it well and for the size of our house unloaded very quickly. Due to the time they completed unloading, after showing up mid morning, I requested that th...

BEWARE using this company if you value your furniture. We used them in August 2016 for a move of approximately 10 miles. In the loading process they broke the marble top on my breakfront, as well as one of the metal spindles. They also managed to get grease on a cream slipcovered sofa, love seat...
