I used JK for a move and was 100% satisfied. The service from the time I contacted them was such a pleasant experience. The moving crew called me the morning of the move, and provided their ETA. They arrive early. I have used 4-5 other moving companies and their team was by far the most professional...

I worked with Natalie to coordinate a cross state move and it was a very easy and friendly experience. She provided great customer service, when the recording application did not work she took it upon herself to do a virtual tour live together, which was a nice touch. She communicated very well thro...

I couldn’t believe how fast they got everything done while handling everything with care, and they...

Aug 10th. Diego & Jonathan showed up early to our house. Exceptionally well mannered gentlemen, great work ethic and communication between them and my family. Special mention to those two, they did a 3-4 man job with just themselves and they did it with an amazing attitude. There were bulky, heavy o...

The JK Moving Services team that came to my home to take everything out of the house I was leaving was led by Tyrell Benjamin. They were very careful with all of my belongings, and they took great care to make sure everything was carefully wrapped, handled, and placed on the truck. The team was both...

We worked with Joe to get an estimate for our move. He was extremely helpful and informative, and really taught me a lot about the moving industry. In the end we hired another company due to a combination of dates and price for our particular move, but I would not hesitate to call JK Moving again in...

I notified them two months later that we bought a new home and would like our household goods delivered. They gave a date and time and they were punctual. They unlo...

Professional, very customer friendly, communication with office staff setting up the move. Their process includes the customer taking a video of the contents of the home that are to be moved which was a great option especially with COVID concerns. Perfect execution of the move by a team of four prof...
