I'm very pleased! I spoke with Darlene a few times on the phone. She was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Jay was able to come the same day that I had a small appliance delivered, and he unpacked It, brought it in, set it up in the space. He did not just dump it, take the money, and run. H...

We moved from Maryland to Wilmington NC. Bates showed up on time with the lead driver, Cameron, and crew of 5. They were friendly and worked their butts off in 95 degree temps for 7 hours. Everything was well packed and arrived at our new house as promised. Cameron and another crew of 3 unloaded at...

They were fast, and very professional. I’m currently 8 1/2 months pregnant and they made this process so easy. They were also kind and responsive with any questions that I had.

This company is prompt, professional, and went above and beyond taking care of belongings. Highly recommend.

5 stars isn't enough. I was in a bind with a double stacked laundry center. My friends and I were u able to get it up in a multilevel condominium. Next2Next responded to my inquiry immediately.
