Moving and Storage in Prince Frederick, MD

I cannot express enough what a WONDERFUL experience & REASONABLE price! Communication was excellent & easy! Austin is a “Work Horse” running a phenomenal small business!! Very responsive & prepared for last minute changes to the load!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We relied on Bookstore Movers on one of the hottest days of the summer this year, and they were excellent. The movers were thorough, careful, and very kind throughout our move. We are so glad we chose them to help with our move!

Bookstore Movers are the best! I’ve used them to move twice now. They are consistently efficient, thorough and calm. I was moving from a tight, one way street in a building with a manual service elevator and they took it all in stride! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Fair pricing, was able to help out and get the job done within a few hours. Extremely helpful!

This is the second time using them and will continue to. They helped with a multi - location move again and I couldn't be happier. Communication, promptness and professionalism is 5 stars.

True professionals who take pride in what they do. My wife and I just moved from Brentwood to Capitol Hill with Bookstore’s help and I can’t believe how well it went. Samuel and his crew arrived fashionably early, politely introduced themselves, and sprang into action. Boxes and furniture were packe...

We recently worked with US1 movers to transport large furniture items from Jax to St Aug Beach and we are so glad to have worked with this team! Shari was on top of coordinating scheduling in a timeframe that worked for us and quickly/graciously rescheduled us when we had to change our initial move...

Used Bookstore Movers for a two-apartment move. We were coming from separate places into our first home together. They made the whole process incredibly smooth. From the beginning, they were friendly, transparent about costs and logistics, and just genuinely easy to be around. No surprises, no stres...

What a great company to work with! Prices were right and service was right on time. Easy to deal with and most definitely do recommend!

Lawrence Junk Removal & Demolition was excellent to work with from start to finish. Austin was great, and the service and communication were perfect. They offered a great price, showed up professionally, and made the entire process easy. Don’t waste your time looking any further — this is the compan...

When I asked my coworkers who should I hire to move us from Silver Spring to DC they all said Bookstore Movers. Even those who hasn't moved in 15 years still named them. I knew I had to book them and boy, all the advice was right. Four young men came who were extremely professional. I forgot their n...

We recently used Short's Moving Services for our move into our new home, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, courteous, hardworking, and exceptionally careful with our belongings. Moving day involved a large household move with plenty of...

I had put a post on reddit asking for suggestions for movers in the area and Bookstore Movers was recommended by almost every person who responded. Patrick and his crew, Renaldo, Nitua, Gerand and Kevin, exceeded the already high expectations I had based upon the reviews. I will happily recommend...

Massive shoutout to Dan from Tiny Acres LLC! This is the second time I’ve worked with him, and he has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Not only is he a master at his craft, but he's also a standup guy who everyone can trust. It is so hard to find honest, reliable contractors these days, and I...

Renting instead of owning is a lifestyle choice for us, and we tend to move every three or four years. After more than twenty-five years in DC, we’ve moved enough times to know exactly how these things usually go. Even with good movers, there is almost always something — a broken item, a misplaced d...
